Since last 9-10 months I have been using Reliance WiMax services in Hyderabad. When it works, it works flawless. When it doesn't, then you are stuck up with the stupid, and pathetic customer service from Reliance.
I have been doing cash payment for the services all these months, suddenly their billing centres have stopped accepting cash payment. I had a long conversation with their call centre and they come up with ridiculous explanation that cheque payment and credit card payment is better than cash payment. All i ask is, who in their right mind will come up with such stupid arguments? They are not helping certainly with such stupid and inflexible rules. Another long drawn battle with the customer care is expected again.
When do they realize that they can not take arbitary decisions like this. Gandhi said, customer is king. I think most of the business do not remember this.
