I was aghast and ashamed at one of the news items which cought my attention in the news paper today. A woman chases and catches a cop who was a part time theif too in Bangalore. She was awarded for her bravery a sum of 5000 rupees. A paltry sum for the courage she shown and the service she did to the nation bringing out this sad state of affairs.
